Our Approach
Founded by Alice Douglas, acupuncturist with a masters degree in Women’s Health. Our life-course approach means you experience continuity and consistency of care. Many of our patients work with us across multiple phases of life—through menstrual changes, fertility journeys, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and beyond—supported by someone who understands their story, their body, and their long-term goals.
